Welcome to the on-line appointment booking system for Neuchâtel Junior College. 

The software used for this appointment booking system is unrelated to the software used for the Parent and Student Portals. Note that all data from past years has been deleted from this system, therefore if you registered to access this system in a previous school year, you will be required to establish a new account.

Step 1: If you do not have an account using this system, click the "REGISTER" tab above and set up your account. This can be done at any time prior to booking appointments.

Step 2: Select which event you would like to book a meeting for and follow the steps to secure your appointment. Please note: all meeting times listed in the system are local SWISS TIME. 

Parent- Teacher Meetings

Parents must create an account before you can schedule parent-teacher meetings. Parent-teacher meetings will occur via Zoom on Tuesday, March 29 and Wednesday, March 30, 2022.

BEGINNING at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, March 21, 2022 parents may book parent-teacher Zoom meetings for March 29 and March 30, 2022. The booking system will CLOSE on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at 11:00 p.m. SWISS TIME.

Parent-teacher meetings are 10 minutes in length.

Course Selection Meetings (2022-23 Students)

Parents must create an account before you can schedule a course selection meeting with the Head of Guidance, Mr. Phillips. These appointments will take place during the following dates:

April 25, 26, 28, and May 2 and 5. All appointments are conducted in SWISS TIME. Parents may book course selection meetings starting on Tuesday, April 19, 2022; registration closes on Friday, April 22, 2022.

Until the aforementioned dates, you will NOT be able to register.

Appointments scheduled during the evenings on Tuesdays and Thursdays (Swiss local time), are reserved for students in Pacific or Mountain time zones. We kindly ask that you give these students priority when booking your appointments. 

Course selection meetings are 30 minutes in length
